Please collect the following information before you call so that we can save you time:
  • Business Information: Business Name, EIN, Address and the signatory name and phone number
  • Vehicle Information: VIN Number, Gross Weight of the Vehicle
  • Bank Information: Account number and routing number of the bank, if you are going to pay the IRS by direct debit
There will be additional charges to phone filing on top of the regular pricing based on the number of vehicles. You can use phone filing option to e-File Form 2290 or Form 8849. And also you can create IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) reports.
